You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Beacon, including:

Account verification codes
Beacon notifications from your connections
Service updates and security alerts

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential messages.

7. Privacy

Your use of Beacon is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Intellectual Property

Beacon and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
